You have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After you have indicated a return, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount excluding shipping costs. The costs for returning from your home to the online store are at your own expense.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to us with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. To return the hammock, send an email to info@mazelaki.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason, provided the seal has not been broken.

If the product is lost or you notice upon receipt that the item has been damaged during transport or you must report this to us immediately within 2 days. Even when a package is incomplete.

We advise you to send your return with a track and trace code so that you can always find out where the package has gone. This is to avoid misunderstandings.
